Taylor has 11 years experience and she specializes in color for men and women, although, Taylor loves every aspect of the hair industry. She enjoys exploring her creativity and building a lasting relationships with her clients. Taylor takes pride in giving each client a unique look that is one of a kind that makes them feel beautiful in their own skin. She loves using her skills and knowledge to help your hair reflect who you are! She is always learning new trends and techniques to continue to meet every clients needs.
Brittany Price
Stylist
Brittany has several years of experience and she loves being able to show her love and passion for her career through her work. She uses her skills, education, and techniques that she has been taught to help each client reach their goal.
Emily Mclain
Stylist
Emily has been in the industry 12+ years. She knew from a young age that being behind the chair is what her heart desired! As a stylist, she values her client relationships and takes pride in customizing every service to each clients specific needs. She specializes in various color techniques, extensions, and formal events. Her goal is for each client to leave her chair feeling like the best version of themselves!
Kerry Brodie
Stylist
Kerry joined T.H.E Salon’s team as a stylist in 2020 and continues to amass a loyal clientele. With 10 years experience and a variety of specialties, Kerry is able to provide classic and trending services including, but not limited to: Blonding sessions, color corrections, vivid and fashion colors and is a certified tape-in extension specialist. Kerry also specializes in all hair types.
Kerry never says no to a challenge and enjoys exploring new ideas that expand her abilities and creativity, while making each client feel as unique as their hair. Your hair is her masterpiece.
Niki Long
Stylist
Niki has been in the business of hair for 28 years. Nike’s earlier years she worked as an educator for Sebastian Intl., as well as behind the chair. Six years ago she had an overflowing clientele, so she ventured into ownership. Niki owned a salon for 10 years. During those 10 years she transitioned her entire salon into a chemical free, nontoxic environment, to decrease her and client’s exposer to harmful chemicals. As life would have it, Niki decided to try my hand at real estate and enjoyed it immensely and decided to close salon and work part time behind the chair and fulltime real estate. Niki and her stylist were so fortunate to find a T.H.E Salon that they could still work together. She finds inspiration all around her and that drives her creativity. Whether it is through architecture, interior design, art or just the simple shadows the sun makes through the trees. Niki also enjoys interior designing and staging houses. She loves playing tennis, being outdoors and try to get in as many hikes in as she can. She enjoys traveling and creating culinary deliciousness with her
daughter Sophia.
Jordan McCraken
Stylist
A hickory native with 10 years experience specializing in lived in color and balayage. As a stylist Jordan loves being able to bring a clients vision to life, while also making sure it fits their needs and lifestyle. While the art aspect of her job is a top favorite, getting the chance to meet all types of people and hearing everyone’s story is an added bonus. Jordan’s goal is always to make sure each person that sits in my chair leaves feeling beautiful and refreshed.
Danielle Youcom
Stylist
Danielle has 11 years experience and has always loved the beauty industry. Hair and makeup have been a passion of hers since she was a little girl. Danielle is a born and raised Jersey girl and just relocated to Hickory this year. She is LOVING meeting new people (y’all are so nice here) and creating new styles everyday. Danielle specializes in color and she especially loves doing blondes! Her favorite part of her job is that I build long lasting relationships with so many special ladies.

Jesse Porter
Stylist
Jesse has 10 years experience behind the chair. As a holistic stylist she is determined to achieve clients’ expectations using the highest quality clean products. She specializes in color customized for each client while also priding herself on open, honest communication. She believes in total transparency in order to maintain the integrity of the hair, which is her number one goal. She schedules one on one appointments to ensure quality time and creativity during each visit. She loves seeing clients leave feeling refreshed and confident. Continuous education is priority to her. She feels it is her responsibility to her clients to never stop learning and growing!
Gina Brookshire
Stylist and Esthetician
Gina has been in the Esthetics and Hair industry since 1990. Her love of people and transforming hair and skin drove her to pursue a career as a Stylist & Esthetician. While studying with Aveda Corporation she earned advanced certifications in plant/flower and essential oil science. This fueled her passion to use pure plant-based skin and haircare products. In 1998 Gina worked with Dr. Lovin toopen Pure Reflections Spa in Hickory,NC; working there until 2002. She then took time off to raise her children. She returned to work in 2012 at Evolve Hair & Skin Salon. She loves learning new techniques and enjoys the challenge of helping clients achieve their hair and skin goals, once again using organic and plant based hair/skincare products. Her attention to detail sets her a part in the industry. Gina loves all things organic; enjoys hiking, gardeningserving at Sela church and spending time with family and friends.
